Bug#5323: dpkg-ftp fails after /var/lib/dpkg/methods/ftp/debian is removed.

Package: dpkg-ftp
Version: 1.4.5

Dpkg-ftp offers to remove the 'debian' directory, but if you do that it
then fails (instead of recreating the directory) during the next
[I]nstall.

Here's dpkg-ftp's output:
