/usr/doc/<lang>



Last week-end, i uploaded doc-linux-fr wich contains
Linux documentation in french (HOWTO, FAQ etc..)

Where must we put this sort of non-english documentation?
I think it's better to keep each langage specific stuff in one place.

That's why i propose that we can add /usr/doc/<lang> directory :

/usr/doc/<lang>/<package>
/usr/doc/<lang>/HOWTO
/usr/doc/<lang>/linux
	etc...

But we may also choose:
/usr/doc/<package>/<lang>
/usr/doc/HOWTO/<lang>
/usr/doc/linux/<lang>
              etc...

In fact, i think we must have a policy for these things if we plan
to make Debian more international.
