Bug#5271: fdisk write a invalid

Hi

I installed Debian this week-end with the info-magic CDROM, I add
to reinstall windows95 (not releated with debian). Windows make
itself the boot partition. When I finish, I boot with a disk and
use the debian fdisk to make debian de boot partition. It did, boot
it didn't remove the boot status to window, resulting a invalind table.
I correct it with window95 fdisk, but I think debian fdisk should
refuse to write or automaticly remove the other partion boot status.
