With all the problems that can occur with two competing package managers,
maybe we can include a list that maps rpms to debian packages. If the
an rpm that we don't know about tries to get installed then (maybe) we
can have a default behavior that prevents any files from being
overwritten, but will let the package be unpacked and configured if no
files will be overwritten.
Also, lets make sure that only people who know what they are doing use
it, otherwise debian-user is going to be overloaded with problems.
