I'm not changing all my web servers to conform to the unproposed
standard overnight.  So all package maintainers working on httpd
related things need very creative postinst's :(  All due to the former
apache maintainer's decision not to follow the "standard" set by
cern-httpd which contributed in large part to the current mess.
