apache_monitor should not depend on mime.types.
I have a rather unusual configuration, and .htm works in some
circumstances and not in others. I'm happy to isolate the
specifics, provided I'm allowed to use the proper tools.
Please include apache_monitor in the apache distribution.
I'm sorry that my parenthetical note was confusing.
