Incoming on master still ro

It seems Incoming is still mounted readonly. I tried to move fdflush (which
was rejected because the override file incorrectly reported it as required)
and got this:

[master:/home/Archives/ftp/pub/Linux/Debian/Incoming/REJECT]-8> mv fdflush* ..
mv: cannot move `fdflush_1.0.0-4.dsc' to `../fdflush_1.0.0-4.dsc': Read-only file system
mv: cannot move `fdflush_1.0.0-4_i386.changes' to `../fdflush_1.0.0-4_i386.changes': Read-only file system
mv: cannot move `fdflush_1.0.0-4_i386.deb' to `../fdflush_1.0.0-4_i386.deb': Read-only file system
mv: cannot move `fdflush_1.0.0-4_i386.reason' to `../fdflush_1.0.0-4_i386.reason': Read-only file system
mv: cannot move `fdflush_1.0.0.tar.gz' to `../fdflush_1.0.0.tar.gz': Read-only file system

Further study revealed:

[master:/home/Archives/ftp/pub/Linux/Debian/Incoming/REJECT]-9> mount
/bin/mount: Permission denied.
[master:/home/Archives/ftp/pub/Linux/Debian/Incoming/REJECT]-10> cat /etc/mtab | grep Incoming
nomis:/home/Debian/ftp/private/project/Incoming /home/Archives/ftp/pub/Linux/Debian/Incoming nfs ro,retry=2,bg,soft,intr,addr=206.139.73.10 0 0

(Why would you give mount mode 750? I can still see /etc/mtab. Also user-
mountable devices no longer work). Maybe the problem is in /etc/fstab, but
I can't read that.
