Bug#4742: Which is the current WWW Bug server?

tell me that www.cl.cam.ac.uk is the current WWW bug server and
www.debian.org was not up-to-date at present.

But www.debian.org shows #4729 as latest bug, whereas www.cl.cam.ac.uk
stops at #4676, so it seems as if that's just toggled.
