Would the debian system contain a better configuration default for
emacs than the standard one ? For example, enabling up color, enabling
graphical mouse selection, configuring packages that are in the emacs
distribution but that are set up by default like imenu, msb...
Or another solution is to provide another debian package which could
be called emacs-utils for emacs configuration which could come with
additional small contributions.
