The rootdisk.sh script sets up the root floppy contents. The basedisks.sh
script makes the base disks and a tar archive with the same contents as
the base disks. The bootdisk.sh script performed a subset of the operations
in your new script. You did indeed obsolete the bootdisk.sh script.
