Hello-1.3-13 and dpkg-1.4.0.1
I've just try to build my first `new format' debian package.
I've looked at hello-1.3-13, and tried to rebuild it with (as root)
debian/rules binary
The rules file fails on the dpkg-shlibdeps phase with:
dpkg-shlibdeps: failure: chown of `debian/substvars.new': No such file or directory
And the most strange is that there is an empty debian/substvars.new files !
Any clues here ?
