Bug#4679: Password is visible when got by dupload

When my machine is really loaded, and after the message
Password for arrouye's ftp account on master.debian.org:
has been printed, if I type my passwd it is echoed, followed by the
stars. The stars in themselves are a bad thing because they tell how
many characters I have in my password, so I propose that echoing be
turned off when reading the passwd. It should be turned off *before*
the prompt is issued, and turned back on after the read.
