No, 4.4 was released on Bram's ftp site a little while ago. I elected to
package it up rather than 4.2 because 4.2 has a somewhat more restrictive
copyright ("if you include it on a CD, you should send me a copy", or
words to that effect.) As far as I can tell, 4.4, although considered a
beta, is mainly bugfixes to 4.2.
