Bug#4581: "libpaper" doesn't build...
While attempting to build libpaper, I received the following message:
make: Entering directory `/bld/src/new/libpaper-1.0.3/src'
gcc -O2 -c paperconf.c -o paperconf.o
paperconf.c:9: paper.h: No such file or directory
make: *** [paperconf.o] Error 1
make: Leaving directory `/bld/src/new/libpaper-1.0.3/src'
make: *** [all] Error 2
make: Leaving directory `/bld/src/new/libpaper-1.0.3'
make: *** [build] Error 2
It appears that overriding CFLAGS in "debian/rules" is the culprit.
