Bug#4540: dvipsk places conffiles outside /etc

The dvipsk package specifies these
Conffiles:
/usr/lib/texmf/dvips/config.ps 596e623578e700f589c126b7d4eee928
/usr/lib/texmf/dvips/psfonts.map 0862b5b0fa5bcc79e64c83846d7fc1b2
which ASAIK shouldn't be in /usr, since this may be mounted read-only.
Perhaps they should go in /etc/texmf, or similar.
