Bug#4522: zsh 3.0.0 does not install help files

Version: 3.0.0-1

Help files for zsh functions are not installed by the package, which
makes things like 'run-help compctl' unusable.

Would it be possible to install these help files under /usr/lib/zsh/help,
so that one can also have /usr/lib/zsh/functions for his site-wide zsh
functions, for example?
