Bug#4517: Error Installing tex/latex

When I try to install tex with
dpkg -i texbin-3.1415-5
I get this error message:
dpkg: error processing texbin (--install):
subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1
Errors were encountered while processing:
texbin
I first got the error when trying:
dpkg -i kpathsea-2.6-2.deb latex-2e-4.deb mfbin-2.71-4.deb mflib-1.0-5.deb
texlib-1.0-4 texbin-3.1415-5
