Sven, how about making this list a little more concise.  It's hard to
see at a glance what's going on in amongst all the tables of contents
and descriptions and so forth.

A summary, near the top, with one line per package, would be very
good.  The only information needed there is the package name and the
summary description (from the package, or made up).  People can mail
debian-devel if they want to take over something.
