About libpaper-1.0-1 upload on master

They get stuck in my home, and I can't connect again (the connection
is lost everytime I want to log in). Can someone please put

	~arrouye/libpaper_1.0*

in

	/home/Debian/ftp/private/project/Incoming

for me, please?

Alternatively, developers who need it (Ian, Joost) can just fetch it
from here.
