Bug#3431: some packages have no information on WWW-server

This means that
A. My account on ftp.microworld.net aka www.debian.org has no read 
   permission on them or
B. for some reason (e.g. /tmp full) dpkg-deb couldn't process them.

Please inform me in person directly next time this happens.

The current order is most recently first.
