Bug#3302: savelog seems to be missing from cron package

This is intentional.  savelog is now in debianutils, as of 1.2-1.  It
was moved so that it would be in a required package.  cron isn't
required.  You most likely have it on your system as 1.2-1 was released
on April 24.

The Contents file is generated only once a week, and the scripts that
generate it don't deal well with files that are in more than one
package - they just print one of them.  I think the frequency is fine,
but all locations should be printed.  Opinions?

I'll refile this bug to (ftp.debian.org) as it concerns the cron
scripts that maintain it.
