Uploading libpaper-0.1 (initial release)

I did upload libpaper-0.1 on master.debian.org. This package contains a
really small shared library, libpaper, that helps getting paper size
information from /etc/papersize and adding support of more than 40 paper
sizes to applications.

Please consider using it if you use /etc/papersize: you will benefit from
a common way to access this file (and automatically use its replacement
when it will be decided) and get support for many paper sizes automatically.
If you do not read /etc/papersize but have to manage a paper size too,
this library can help get you use the centralized /etc/papersize file with
as little code to add as a single line in your sources.

The library comes with a simple paper command that can be used to get the
paper size in script shells to wrap-up programs without having to modify
them directly.

Yves.

PS: Angus Duggan will incorporate support for using this library in his next
release of psutils. I have a modified a2ps that use this library (and thus
support setting the paper size on the command line) ready if a2ps' package
maintainer wants it.
