I have to admit I didn't find it, too. I downloaded it from Incoming as
while ago. Running dpkg -s xemacs says:

Package: xemacs
Status: install ok installed
Priority: standard
Section: editors
Maintainer: Prud'homme Christophe <prudhomm@asci.fr>
Version: 19.13-1
Depends: xlibraries, xpm
Conflicts: elv_ctags
Description: This is the xemacs-19.13 package for debian. Look in /usr/doc/xemacs-19.13/example.emacs as a .emacs example file.

I don't know what happened to it. Does anyone know?
