A better (more accurate) choice would be to mark it as referred to the
upstream maintainer.

Last time I checked, this is a real semantics issue [it mucks up
line-ends when moving documents across different kinds of systems --
for example, unix to mac].  Unless it's going to be documented in a
fashion that makes this clear, this is at minimum a labelling problem.

Anyways, it shouldn't hurt to leave it as a referred bug...
