}This is the first upload of unarj, an un-archiver for the famous ARJ
}format archives that are quite popular in DOS-land.

No, this is not the first upload, Karl Ferguson has already done
this.  I seem to be blind.

Therefore I'll nuke those files in my queue, so don't wait for them,
take Karls release.
