innd logs too much

Good day folks,

finally I have installed a Debian 1.1 together with innd
on our domains newsserver.  While testing the innd I noticed
that it logs _every_ single news article to syslog. This is
too much.

As this can result in a) a slow newsserver and b) in very big
logfiles, this should IMHO be documented in the README in
/usr/doc/news.
