where is debian-bugs-request?

There seems to be some mystery around subscriptions to debian-bugs. The
current debian/doc/mailing-lists.txt does _not_ mention the list at all
(presumably because it is still run out of pixar.com ?).

I recommended a direct attempt of subscription via
debian-bugs-request@pixar.com to Carlos, and this is what he got.

Could someone please clarify the situatiuon? Is this likely to migrate to
Sweden as the others did? If so, when?

Thanks, Dirk

It seeems it's not so easy to get debian-bugs... I sent a subscribe
msg. to debian-bugs-request@pixar.com and got this reply:

 >> subscribe
 >There is no debian-bugs mailing list. If you wish to review bug reports
 >please do so via http://www.cl.cam.ac.uk/users/iwj10/debian-bugs/.

 >See http://www.rahul.net/perens/Debian/MailingLists.html
 >for details of Debian mailing lists.

Netscape says this page contains no data... There's no mention of
mailing lists in /usr/doc either.
