Yes, but if I do that I should either move all news binaries to /usr/sbin
which is silly (look at the uucp package..) or edit all scripts and programs
of the news system to have /usr/sbin in their path...

That is right, the default install sets some pretty restrictive modes.
I will fix that to comply with the Debian standard, but it will
really upset inncheck even more :)
