Hi folks,

}We're about ready for the 1.1 release. Please freeze your packages except for
}	1. Uploads of the first release of a brand-new package.
}	2. Bug-fixes of existing packages.

I would like to have anyone grab through the buglist and remind the
package maintainer to fix urgent bugs. This includes my bugs, of
course.
