Bug#3025: wu-ftp postinst doesn't flush stdout

The postinst makes a call to /usr/sbin/addftpuser, which doesn't flush
its output after each line. This leaves you without any visible clue
of what is happening when you pipe the output of dpkg during the
installation of this package.
