syslog, magicfilter config messages

Both packages produce some important messages as part of their
postinst script. To make sure that the users reads the message, they
should require a keystroke before continuing (I think the guidlines
recommend that). 

Here is the version information of the packages which I have
installed:

ii  magicfilter     1.2            automatic printer filter.
ii  syslogd         1.3-2          Kernel and system logging daemons.
