Problem Description:

   The install config script assumes that it should send all locally
   generated root messages to the same machine as all locally
   generated outgoing mail.

   In my case I do not want my messges to root emailed to
   root@mailhost.

Expected behavior:

   I think this should be a separate question that asks specifically
   what email address should recieve all messages for root.

Procedure to reproduce:

   Install smail-3.1.29.1-22.deb
