Bug#2830: timezone package won't allow me to select PDT

OK, I thought that you'd want a file such that everyone could
reasonably expect that at least one large nearby city would be listed.
Chicago's the nearest one I saw and I believe it's over 1000 miles
from here and not directly North, but quite a bit East.  I'm not sure
it'll be obvious to many people in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana,
etc. that Chicago is the right choice.  I believe there are cities
*much* closer together listed in other locations.

Is it just that you only want 1 city per zone per country?  If not,
why not just use links?  It'll make it much easier on the new user.
