This is my fault actually.  The problem is that the ncurses-term
package has a screen entry also.  It does need it because a user could
login with screen even if screen isn't installed.  So a user could
potentially lose his screen entry if he deviously installed and removed
ncurses-term.  I advised Joost to leave the source in /usr/doc along
with a brief readme explaining how to run 'tic ...' on any machines
that don't have the term defn.

Michael Dorman offered to just add a screen definition to ncurses-base
and remove it from ncurses-term.  That's simpler.  But the above way
has the advantage that the user could add definitions for screen on
other systems, non-Debian or non-Linux systems that he logs into using
screen.
