The file appears to be corrupted on at least some mirrors.
myrddin.chu has a copy that doesn't agree with its Packages file:
Package: psnfss
filename: unstable/binary-i386/tex/psnfss-5.2-1.deb
msdos-filename: unstable/msdos-i386/tex/psnfss.deb
size: 108894
md5sum: 6b2bcbd70014bde41531d1eff708728f
...
-chiark:~> md5sum psnfss-5.2-1.deb
ae3d5425a19f4c7ab17445002e34f95c psnfss-5.2-1.deb
-chiark:~> ll psnfss-5.2-1.deb
-rw-r--r-- 1 ijackson ijackson 108894 Apr 24 01:03 psnfss-5.2-1.deb
-chiark:~>
The file looks OK, though, if I run dpkg --contents and --info on it.
