Package: kbd Version: 0.90-5 I'm pretty sure that when I first installed Debian, I was asked what sort of keyboard I had, and I replied UK. However, I now find that /etc/init.d/console loads a US keyboard map. Is the type of keyboard I originally asked for stored anywhere? And if so, why does kbd ignore it? Should kdb's postinst ask people to select a keymap - it currently doesn't exist. Austin
