Bug#2799: mandb doesn't like manpage for dc
There is a question here as to whether this bug should be
reported against the bc package or the man package.
I'm reassigning this to the man package, because the
construct:
.SH
NAME
dc
is processed by the man(1) program OK, and because the man(7)
man page says:
SECTIONS
Sections are started with .SH followed by the heading
name. If the name contains spaces and appears on the same
line as .SH, then place the heading in double quotes.
[...]
Which I read to impliy that it is legal to place the heading name
on the line following the .SH macro.
