Bug#2815: sendmail postinst fails on initial install

On a newly installed system (installing packages by dpkg, not using
dselect at all) sendmail fails with

Setting up sendmail ...
Updating alias database ...
/etc/sendmail.cf: line 0: cannot open: No such file or directory
dpkg: error processing sendmail (--install):
 subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 72

If I touch /etc/sendmail.cf, and try again, I get a different set of
errors that are consistent with an incorrect sendmail.cf :-)

Suggest that newaliases get run in postinst *after* the handling of
the current and old sendmail.cf files... and perhaps after the
sendmailconfig call...
