new pine release soon...

I'm getting ready to release pine-3.93 which includes pico, imapd. I can 
find no reason for the past disparity between the version numbers for 
pine and those for pico. Unless someone can tell me a good reason not to, 
I am going to uniformatize all the version numbers to 3.93.
