Bug#2786: debian 1.1 (1.3.91 - apr 19) 1440 boot disk does not see scsi

The boot disk does not recognize the buslogic scsi adapter (scsi
line doesn't show up).  I have also tried adding the buslogic=0x330 with
no luck.  I don't know if this is related, but I noticed there are also
no scsi modules included in modules.tgz

The previous boot disk (1.3.85) (Apr 12 or 15, I forgot) worked
just fine in recognizing the scsi card & drive... except that in that one,
the cpio/networking bugs existed (which have been fixed in the Apr 18
version)
