Bug#2741: First booting with Debian 1.1

After I have booted the new system the first time I'm asked for a root
password, no, instead I'm aked for the *new* root password, but what's
the old one?

Okay, just type [Enter] - an empty root password - and you can go on,
but this is confusing, even for me. Could this be changed or could a
line be displayed that says that the old rootpw is empty and you just
have to type [Enter].
