Packages in wrong location?
Good day folks!
Yesterday I grepped through our source directory on master where I
found some remarkable things:
There are many packages left (lost?) in the misc-directory that I
would place on locations as they do belong to a group that has a
directory on its own. There are similar files that I noticed in other
directories that IMHO belong into a different directory.
misc/less --> text/less
misc/most --> text/most
misc/mawk --> devel/mawk
misc/patch --> devel/patch
misc/jargon --> doc/jargon (or text/jargon like wenglish)
misc/setterm --> base/setterm (like setserial)
graphic/tgif --> x11/tgif \
As both programs are graphic
utilities for the X Window
System, IMHO they should go
in the same directory.
x11/xpaint --> graphic/xpaint /
misc/dialog --> base/dialog (??)
Could you state some comments on it? Thanks.
If the location is wron, shall I file each as a bugreport?
Have a pleasant weekend y'all,
Joey
