Bug#2729: color-ls segfaults for simple .dir_colors

For a simple .dir_colors, ls segfaults:

rsr@citadel~ $ cat .dir_colors
OPTIONS -AFs
rsr@citadel~ $ eval `dircolors`
rsr@citadel~ $ ls
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
rsr@citadel~ $

I am using a mostly-current debian 1.1beta, kernel 1.3.90.  (I was close
to filing a bug report about user conffiles overriding the system
conffile, but due to the term-specific structures I guess it's hard to try
to append options...)
