Bug#2703: apache: wrong location of icons and cgi-bins

Package: apache
Version: 1.0.3-1

1. The apache package installs icons and cgi-bins in /var/web/*.
IMHO both icons and cgi-bins are _static_ data and should be
placed in the /usr/lib directory (maybe /usr/lib/apache-httpd).
Maybe the webspace directory should be placed there as well
   (or /home/httpd-data ...).

2. It's still not possible to install both the apache server and
   the cern-httpd (proxy/cache). Conflict: /etc/init.d/httpd.

3. The package uses its own mime-types. It should use the
   mime-support package instead.

4. The package installs the intro.html in /tmp. This file can
be created from the postinst file.
