bsdmainutils-3.0-0: New package

bsdmainutils (3.0-0); priority=LOW
This is a new package, containing almost all of the old bsdutils
package. The current matching bsdutils package is bsdutils-3.0-0,
which contains the bare minimum to boot a system.
The aim is the get the bsdutils package down to as small as possible,
since it needs to go on the install discs.

DESCRIPTION: More utilities from 4.4BSD-Lite.
This package contains lots of small programs many people expect to find
when they use a BSD-style Unix system.

Included are: banner, cal, calendar, col, colcrt, colrm, column, from,
hexdump, look, lorder, tsort, ul, vacation, whois, write.

connection with bsdutils package. This fixes Bug#2141.

/usr/bin/script
/usr/bin/wall
/usr/sbin/chroot
These are left in bsdutils (other than /usr/bin/mesg, which has
moved to sysvinit). (Bug#2602 and #2601)

* banner.c: register the program name to fix Bug#2559.
