Bug#2663: nethack doesn't work - permissions problem

Yes this is a known bug, reported first about a week ago.  I will make
an intermediate release fixing this the coming week.  This release is
called 'intermediate' by purpose because it will not address the problem
of files created in /usr/lib/games/nethack/ during the game.  That needs
a lot work unless on wants to move the nethack installation to /var ...
