Bug#2661: dist and mh both have a dist manpage

My initial reaction was to protest that mh was stealing a name
from dist (dist _is_ the name of the package after all), but then I
realized that my position was slightly untenable as well, since there
is no binary/script named dist in my package either, and so it would
be better in section 7. I don't have mh, so I don't know how valid
that choice of names is for mh.
Anyway, I'm building a new version as I speak, and will close
the bug when the package is uploaded.
