Bug#2635: exports.5 in manpages and netstd

Manpages includes /usr/man/man5/exports.5, as does netstd.  Dpkg 1.1.3
reported this as an error when trying to unpack manpages:

Unpacking manpages (from .../development/binary/doc/manpages-1.9-4.deb) ...
dpkg: error processing /home/ftp/pub/debian/development/binary/doc/manpages-1.9-4.deb (--install):
 trying to overwrite `/usr/man/man5/exports.5', which is also in package netstd

Suggested fix: remove exports.5 from manpages.
