Bug#2598: Bind conflicts with early versions of image

 bind conflicts with image (<<1.3.56)
  image (version 1.2.13-5) is installed.
dpkg: error processing bind-4.9.3-P1-2.deb (--install):
 conflicting packages - not installing bind
Errors were encountered while processing:
 bind-4.9.3-P1-2.deb

My kernel is version 1.3.68, which I compiled and installed myself.
