ncpfs and ipx - new packages
I've uploaded these packages to chiark.
My original plan was just to create a ncpfs package, but the ipx
utilities can be used with many other programs, (lwared, mars-nwe,
dosemu, etc.) so I have created a separate small package for them.
Unfortunately I'm off on holiday now, so although I will still receive
e-mail it will be difficult for me to act on it, so I shall release these
packages as they are now.
I would think they should either go into the net section, or contrib.
